••can ye pass the acid test?••

ye who enter here be afraid, but do what ye must -- to defeat your fear ye must defy it.

& defeat it ye must, for only then can we begin to realize liberty & justice for all.

time bomb tick tock? nervous tic talk? war on war?

or just a blog crying in the wilderness, trying to make sense of it all, terror-fried by hate radio and FOX, the number of whose name is 666??? (coincidence?)

  1. Of course, the real important question or issue here is what happens to the former residents? What will government to do provide them shelter since their former dwellings will be razed.

That's the issue - not whether or not they should be razed. I've been to almost all major American cities and lived in quite few of them as well, and what passes for public housing complexes in New Orleans would be substandard in Port au Prince. They're literally hideous and disgraceful and they need to go.

But that can't happen, of course, before a real plan is in place for providing livable shelter for those victims.
