Interior Secretary Gale Norton Resigns

i don't know who was getting quoted, but i heard this today on NPR news:
she does nothing, so her departure will hardly be noticed.

well, maybe mostly nothing, but what about steve griles and jack abramoff? might that have anything to do with her sudden announcement?
