    I note that you advised (a few days ago on my blog) that the priority in New Orleans should be to rebuild the dikes and levees or it "will happen again." Well, your words were definitely prescient. I hope other people in a position to do something about it will do so. 14 B. in prevention is worth 200 B. in cure...
