••can ye pass the acid test?••

ye who enter here be afraid, but do what ye must -- to defeat your fear ye must defy it.

& defeat it ye must, for only then can we begin to realize liberty & justice for all.

time bomb tick tock? nervous tic talk? war on war?

or just a blog crying in the wilderness, trying to make sense of it all, terror-fried by hate radio and FOX, the number of whose name is 666??? (coincidence?)

must've missed this a few weeks ago, but thanks to dk, i finally got the link.

this is a real national security issue, folks, both because we lose valuable personnel as a result of phobic officials, and because anybody with something to hide is a potential target for foreign spies who use blackmail as a recruiting tool.

  1. Thanks for the shout out. It seems almost everyone who's sane thinks this is insane, so why doesn't anyone do anything about it. At the last Democratic debate last week, all ten(?) candidates were asked to raise their hands if they supported dumping "don't ask, don't tell". All ten raised their hands. The same question was asked of all ten Republicans at their last debate. No one raised his hand. Even Ron Paul, the self-described "libertarian," was too cowardly to do so. So disappointing.
