If that continues, what it means is that you're not actually weakening them, but you're just allowing them to regenerate, and they are capable of doing so.... If the intensity continues...then it looks like a strategy that is ultimately futile.

It's amazing that people like Bush, Cheney, Wolfowitz, etc., etc., could actually convince themselves that there was a static, finite number of terrorists and if we just eliminate them, everything will be ok. What planet were they born on? Sheesh!
